By creating an account or using countdowns, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

To use countdowns, you must create an account with a valid email address and password, or sign in using Google or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We maintain strict content standards to ensure countdowns remains a safe, family-friendly platform. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards, at our sole discretion.

You retain ownership of any content you create or submit through countdowns. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you post and represent that you have all necessary rights to share it.
Event Information
countdowns displays event information that may be submitted by users or organizers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any event listings. Event details such as dates, times, locations, and availability may change without notice.
We are not responsible for any events themselves, including their organization, safety, or quality. Your attendance at any event is at your own risk.
Intellectual Property
The countdowns name, logo, and all related branding, designs, and software are the property of countdowns LLC. You may not use our trademarks or copyrighted materials without our prior written consent.
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users, third parties, or our business.
Disclaimers
countdowns is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We are not responsible for the conduct of any users or for any user-generated content posted on the platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, countdowns LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of countdowns after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
